How to Contact Cirris Tech Support

When you run into a problem you cannot solve, tech support has the answers to help you resume testing as soon as possible. The first step is contacting Tech Support.

 

Tech support is available through phone and email.

The more details you can provide, the faster tech support can help find a resolution to the problem. You may be asked for information about your tester such as model and serial numbers. If you do not know where to find this information, a member of tech support can help you locate it.

When tech support asks about the problem you are experiencing, please be specific when describing details. For example, remember error numbers or codes that appear in the software.

Emergencies

Tech Support operates between 8:00AM-5:00PM MST. If a problem arises outside of these hours, an emergency line is available. Only call if there is a legitimate emergency. We want to help solve any problems you run into no matter what time zone you live in or what deadline you are working toward. However, Tech Support cannot sell you products or connect you to other Cirris employees. Please only call outside of normal business hours in an emergency situation.
